Bate & Albon Solicitors is a specialist real estate law firm with offices across Sussex, covering all aspects of property law, but with a strong focus on transactional commercial and residential property matters at its core. This requires combining effective, commercial negotiating skills with a genuine expertise in property law, which underpins everything that we do, and covers the full range of possible freehold and leasehold transactions.
We are also able to advise in respect of options, joint ventures, partnerships, funding and promotion agreements, and the like, which are often used by clients to facilitate particular projects, as well as planning and environmental matters to help unlock development potential from land.
