I am a Consultant Solicitor in the Private Client team, based in the Chichester office and qualified in 2006.

I advise individuals on Administering Estates, Wills, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

I have a solid understanding of Trust law and the importance of Estate planning, to ensure that wealth is preserved for future generations.

Before joining Bate & Albon Solicitors, I spent almost 18 years working in a law firm with offices spread across the south coast, where I originally trained and progressed in my career to Partnership.  

I have taken part as a guest speaker for the bi-annual NHS Western Sussex Hospitals retirement planning course.  I am also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a Dementia Friend.
