Residential property specialist, Paula Williams, joined the Bate & Albon team in February 2024. Based at our Eastbourne branch, Paula is our Head of Residential Property, overseeing projects and teams across our 4 sites. As an experienced solicitor, Paula helps clients navigate everything from sales and purchases to re-mortgaging and transfers of equity

Paula has an extensive career in real estate law, which began in 1993 when she qualified from the College of Law, Chester.  For 19-years, she worked at Griffith Smith, with 10 of these years as Head of the Residential Property Team where Paula demonstrated a keen eye for detail and organisation.

Known for being a reliable, friendly and honest character, Paula brings integrity to her role here at Bate & Albon as well as an approachable manner, which is well-received by our client base. She strives to deliver the best for her clients, providing quality work, excellent service and clear communication and advice at every stage of a project. When she’s not putting all her experience into practice for clients, you’ll find Paula walking in the beautiful Sussex countryside or enjoying an exercise class.
