Edward is an experienced property paralegal, having spent three years working at another local firm in Brighton before joining Bate & Albon in 2024. Assisting with all elements of residential property transactions, his particular focus is on bridging loans and auction property work. Edward particularly enjoys supporting clients through complex transactions with straightforward, practical advice.

After obtaining a first-class degree from the University of York, and with a desire for an intellectually stimulating career, Edward then went on to attend the University of Law, now working towards sitting his professional solicitor qualification exams.

Outside of work, when is not kept busy studying, Edward is a keen home cook who also enjoys swimming, reading, tending to the houseplants, and spending time with friends.
