What makes Bate & Albon unique to other firms?
‘Despite the stresses of the residential conveyancing world, I am very laid back and understanding, meaning that I am able to alleviate my clients concerns and stresses, making the transaction as smooth sailing as possible.’
‘Be organised. Ahead of listing your property for sale, reach out and see what will be required of you. You can then start to collate the relevant paperwork, certificates and the like to enable your transaction to proceed at speed.’
