Alina De Heer

Alina has been providing specialist advice to landlords and tenants at Bate & Albon since September 2022, but her journey into law began in 2011.

Having always been drawn to the problem-solving aspect of the law and enjoying the intellectual challenge and ability to help others, she began working as a paralegal at various firms across the country.

With a background in litigation, in 2014, Alina joined Dean Wilson LLP in the landlord and tenant team as a paralegal, focusing on property litigation. It was here Alina secured a training contract, qualifying in 2017. She gained her legal qualifications at Cardiff University and the College of Law Guildford, now known as the University of Law.

Alina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Brighton branch, advising on a range of landlord and tenant issues including contentious and non-contentious issues, such as interpretation of a lease clause or drafting tenancy agreements.
