Chloe joined the Bate & Albon team in January 2025 and works flexibly between home, our Brighton office, and our Eastbourne branch. As a Paralegal, she plays a vital role in supporting Annie Fitzpatrick, managing daily administrative tasks, drafting documents, and keeping clients updated throughout the conveyancing process.

Chloe began her career in conveyancing in 2019, bringing a keen interest in property to her first role in the legal sector. Her enthusiasm for the field has continued to grow, and she has since become a dependable and efficient member of the team, known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach. Her proactive nature makes sure that the high standards at Bate & Albon are upheld in every matter she assists with.

Outside of work, Chloe is an experienced dancer and loves crafting handmade pet collars, showing her creative and active personality. On the weekends, you’ll find her taking long walks with her partner and their Fox Red Labrador or attending concerts.
