Harry Tuke

Harry joined the Bate & Albon team in February 2024, leading the charge of our new Bridging Loans department. As an experienced non-contentious property lawyer, Harry specialises in residential conveyancing, bridging loans, mortgages, development finance, auction sales and Equity Release (Lifetime Mortgages).

After studying at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in the mid 2000s, Harry went on to qualify as a Solicitor with a reputable Brighton firm. Since then, he’s continued to work in and around Brighton and Sussex. Launching both bridging loan and Equity Release departments at previous firms, Harry has a wealth of experience in both property and secured finance law.

Taking a proactive approach to projects, he works with clients, estate agents, brokers, and lenders to achieve a smooth and rapid completion. Harry’s willingness to travel to meet clients by arrangement speeds up the process. Having worked on projects with budgets ranging from £30k bridging loans to multi-million-pound development loans, he particularly enjoys working towards contractual deadlines, at all times protecting his clients’ interests.

An enthusiastic, hard-working, and sincere legal professional, Harry is a great asset to the Bate & Albon practice. When he’s not helping clients navigate real estate law, you’ll find him spending time with family or getting fresh air with his dogs.
