Alina has been providing specialist advice to Landlords and Tenants at Bate & Albon since September 2022. Prior to this, she worked as a paralegal in two Top Tier Legal 500 firms until joining a local leading Legal 500 firm and securing her training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2017.
Having always been drawn to the problem-solving aspect of the law and enjoying the intellectual challenge and ability to help others, she provides a consistently high standard of service and prides herself in her ability to establish meaningful connections with clients.
Alina has worked in litigation since 2011, and with over ten years’ experience dealing with Landlord and Tenant disputes, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the Brighton branch. Alina is able to advise on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues for commercial and residential landlords and tenants, agents and right to manage companies, including forfeiture, service charge disputes, 1954 Act renewals, and interpretation of a lease.
