I am based in Chichester and look after the interests of a range of clients including land owners, developers, property companies, investors and private individuals. I have considerable experience in real estate work, but have a particular focus on transactional matters ranging from development projects in both the commercial and residential sectors to landlord and tenant matters as well as investor acquisitions and disposals. 

I qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and have worked in the Chichester area all my working life. In 2017 I became a consultant solicitor for Bate and Albon, which itself has grown from a small start-up to a thriving and well-respected local firm with offices in Brighton, Worthing and Chichester.

I am well-known and highly regarded for my strong business ethos and work ethic.  I work well with other professionals to ensure that transactions are concluded efficiently and with minimum hassle. I have strong client-care skills and am always dedicated to achieving the best result for my clients.
